The computer programmed automatic and safe cleaning ensures that all chains and pipe systems that contact the materials such as beer are subjected to effective cleaning by the CIP system. The deoxygenated water displacement function is included into the CIP system to ensure that all chains and pipe systems that contact the materials such as beer are subjected to the displacement of deoxygenated water.
