針對全世界啤酒行業現有過濾槽法技術存在“效率瓶頸”缺陷,我司從原料粉碎開始到麥汁冷卻結束全過程,進行全方位及關鍵環節的技術研發設計改進。通過燕京啤酒集團公司總部工程案例得出結論是:過濾槽法技術的過濾速度完全可以和壓濾機相比;麥汁質量更好,有利于“品牌一致性”的提高。為此我公司申報了多項發明及實用新型專利。具體特點有:

Huayi Yiniang 2012 high speed saccharifying system: According to the defects existing in the filter tank method currently adopted in world’s beer industry, we have made all-round technical R&D, and design improvement in the key chains from raw materials milling to wort cooling. It is concluded from the case of Yanjing headquarters project that: The filtering speed of the filter tank technology can totally compare with filter press; wort quality is better, which is beneficial to the improvement of consistency with our brand. Our company has applied for many patents for invention and utility model patents. The detailed features include:

 

過濾速度快:
糖化批次單套糖化能力可達 12 次 / 日。
生產效率高:
生產能力比現有糖化系統提高 50%;
麥汁質量好:
由于整個糖化歷經時間短,減少氧化的時間,同時大大減少了麥皮在醪液中的浸泡時間從而減少多酚等雜味物質的浸出,減少了不利風味的物質。
生產消耗底:
原料利用率的提高降低了糧耗,由于各鍋換熱面的優化設計提高了換熱效率,蒸汽的消耗降低了;新的熱冷轉換等技術的應用,使 90% 的熱能得以回收及使用;同時減少了原制冷系統對麥汁冷卻水制備的制冷消耗,從而電耗大為降低。
突破的關鍵技術:
糖糊化鍋攪拌系統的改進:使得攪拌更均勻柔和減少氧的溶解及雜味物質的浸出;機械結構的改進再也不用擔心原料中砂礫對攪拌軸的磨損。
High filtering speed: 
The saccharifying capacity of single set can reach 12 times per day.
High production efficiency:
The production capacity is 50% higher than that of the current saccharifying system.
Good wort quality: 
As the time for the whole saccharifying process is short, the time of oxidization is shortened while the dipping time of the malt hull in the mash is greatly reduced, which helps to reduce the leaching of substances of foreign flavor and harmful flavored substances.
Low production consumption: 
The improvement of raw materials’ utilization rate lowered grain consumption. Due to optimization of heat exchanging surfaces in all pots, the heat exchanging efficiency is enhanced and the consumption of steam is reduced. The application of the new heat and cold converting technology and other technologies enables 90% of heat energy to be used and recycled. In addition, the refrigeration consumption for the 
preparation of cooling water of wort in the original refrigerating system is reduced, so the electric consumption is greatly lowered.
Key technology breakthroughs:
The improvement of rice cooker and mash tun kettle mixing system: 
It makes the mixing more even and softer, reduces oxygen dissolving and the leaching of substance of foreign flavor; after the improvement of mechanical structure, there is no need to worry about the abrasion that the sand in the raw materials would cause to the mixing shaft.
 

 

各鍋換熱面的優化設計:大大提高了換熱效率 K 值,保證了升溫速率,降底了蒸汽使用壓力,提高了熱利用率;冷凝水的帶壓回收既能及時地將冷凝水排走又能減少其熱能的損失。
熱冷轉換技術的應用:突破了原有技術對熱回收的不徹底,熱和水不能做到平衡,從而造成回收的熱水富余得不到良好的應用。同時大大地節省了制冷的電耗。
過濾槽核心技術的重大突破:糖化的批次高低關鍵看過濾槽,當前國內過濾槽法技術全部存在效率低的瓶頸;華藝公司對過濾槽從宏觀結構到每一個部件的細節都做了研發改進設計;特別是"結合糖"的快速溶出做了大量的理論研究和實驗,建立了一系列的數學模型,終于突破了技術難題。使過濾速度提上新的臺階。并獲得了國家發明專利。
多變量高集成的過程控制系統:完美地將工藝指標,裝備參數及控制技術巧妙有機地整合為一體,用程序來體現其具體參數及過程控制嚴密的邏輯關系。使自動化控制水平更上新的臺階,同時為將來的智能化(工業4.0)打下了良好的基礎。
Optimized design of heat exchanging surfaces in all pots: Not only the heat exchanging efficiency value K is greatly enhanced, the temperature rise rate is ensured, the steam working pressure is reduced but also the heat utilization rate is improved; The under pressure recycle of condensed water can realize timely discharging of the condensed water and reduce the loss of its heat energy. 
Key breakthroughs of filter tank core technology: The quality of saccharifying depends on the filter tank. All of the filter tank technology has a choke point of low efficiency. Huayi Company has made R&D and improved design from macroscopic structure to every component’s details of the filter tank. Especially, a great number of theoretical researches and experiments have been carried out according to the fast dissolving-cut of sugar, and a series of mathematical models have been established, which finally solved the technical problem. As a result, the filtering speed has been enhanced to a new height and our company got a national invention patent. 
Application of heat and cold converting technology: It has solved the problems of incomplete heat recycling and unbalanced heat and water in the original technology, which caused the situation that the residual heat of hot water recycled can’t be well applied. It has greatly saved electric consumption for refrigeration.
Process control system with high integration of multiple variables: The technological indexes, equipment parameters and control principles are integrated perfectly, and the rigid logical relation between the detailed parameters and process control is expressed by the procedures, so that the automatic control level is improved to a new stage.
